VITA is expanding the New Generation series of firing units with an additional highlight - the HighSpeed sintering unit VITA ZYRCOMAT 6000 MS, thereby adhering to the principles of individuality, flexibility and economic efficiency. The new VITA ZYRCOMAT 6000 MS is designed for high-temperature sintering firings of all dental-ceramic substructure materials such as ZrO2 and Al2O3, and can sinter bridge substructures with up to nine units and fully anatomical restorations within 80 minutes using a material-friendly procedure with a controlled cooling phase to 400 °C. With this fast, low-noise, compact and efficient firing unit, VITA is setting new standards in this field, and offers the user a "Smile in one day" solution.

Additional user-friendly features include a firing chamber designed to have a convenient capacity for 25 units, pull-out/fold-away trays to safely accommodate the workpieces, and sintering technology which has been optimized to meet the highest requirements of the dental practice and laboratory. Fully automatic temperature calibration is possible thanks to the use of high-performance heating elements made of molybdenum disilicide. The new VITA ZYRCOMAT 6000 MS also permits the homogeneous distribution of heat in the sintering chamber and a high degree of temperature constancy. Intelligent features, such as a precise ventilation system, guarantee reliable operation and a long life. Each of the 3 freely selectable sintering modes – HighSpeed, Conventional or User Defined – produces convincing results, and by means of controlled cooling phases, ensures material-friendly sintering for white as well as industrially and manually shaded YZ.

VITA ZYRCOMAT 6000 MS naturally also offers modular system expansion with the option of operating several firing units simultaneously from one vPad control unit. Adapted to the varying requirements, the user can choose between three different vPad versions. Whether the VITA vPad comfort, vPad excellence or vPad clinical – all three offer unique, one-touch operation with self-explanatory symbols. This guarantees the quick, intuitive operation of the sintering unit. A further option is the simultaneous operation of up to four firing units – sintering, firing and combined pressing units of the VITA New Generation. In this way, VITA covers the full spectrum of requirements facing dental laboratories.

Furthermore, the user can choose between 2 design variations (stainless steel and anthracite painted finish), as well as 2 coloured side panels to suit his/her personal requirements, and to add a further personal accent to the design of dental practice or laboratory.
