VITABLOCS® TriLuxe forte for Rapid Layer Technology

For highly efficient CAD/CAM veneering of bridge substructures with CEREC®/inLab® MC XL

The multi-layer block VITABLOCS TriLuxe forte is now available in a large size in the TF-40/19 geometry. The block geometry was especially developed for CAD/CAM veneering (= VITA Rapid Layer Technology) of multi-unit bridge substructures. The technology allows to fabricate the substructure (= oxide ceramic) and the veneer structure (= feldspar ceramic) in a digital manufacturing process. The harmoniously matched shade nuances of VITABLOCS TriLuxe forte ensure a veneer structure with natural shade transitions. When using the VITA Rapid Layer Technology, the substructure and the veneer are bonded to one another using an adhesive composite.

Features/Benefits:

Tremendous saving of time:
Compared to the classic layering technique, this innovative method results in tremendous saving of time since the substructure and the veneer are manufactured in fully computerized process.

Simple bonding:
Primary and secondary structures are simply and safely bonded to one another using an adhesive composite. A complex and time-consuming sintering process for ceramic soldering is no longer required.

High reliability:
The digital veneering technique guarantees high process reliability and clinical safety since the substructure and the veneer are perfectly matched. Moreover the risk of chipping is minimized.

Wide indication range:
The combination of VITABLOCS TriLuxe forte TF-40/19 and VITA In-Ceram YZ-40/19 allows to fabricate fully anatomical bridge restorations with up to four units.
